Social Inequality

Karl Marx and Key Concepts

Students will learn a lot about the work of Karl Marx during their study of social inequalities and it’s important that knowledge in this area, as in others, is conceptually sound.

Watch the following video overview of Marxism and ask students to compile their own glossary of key Marxist terms. Any which they are unsure of need to be researched using reputable websites (perhaps using this as an opportunity to explain why Wikipedia is not academically rigorous).
